Once you input your hotel address and the address of the university building (Fabianinkatu 33) to the planner, you can view the distance from the hotel as well as exact directions for commuting between the hotel and the conference place either by walking or by using the excellent public transportation system. Guidance for using public transportation will be made available at the website by May 1st.

Finland
Finland is a member of the European Union and visas are not required for citizens of EU-countries. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays not exceeding 90 days. A valid passport is required. Citizens of other countries should contact the nearest Finnish embassy for further information. Participants requiring a visa for entry to Finland are strongly advised to make an application in their home country at least three months before the intended date of travel.
